Qualifications

• College degree preferred with nonprofit or fundraising exposure.
• 3–5 years in nonprofit administration or fundraising roles.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Experience with databases, CRM systems, and reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct administrative and operational support to the Chief Philanthropy Officer.
• Support the philanthropy team with donor records, reporting, and stewardship materials.
• Coordinate donor recognition processes and campaign-related tasks.
• Manage donor records and engagement history in the CRM system.
• Assist with scheduling donor visits, events, and fundraising activities.
• Prepare donor materials, briefings, and presentations.
