You will craft personalized engagement strategies, present fundraising materials, and coordinate donor activities from tours to visits that showcase program impact. This role emphasizes donor stewardship and sustaining long-term investments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in communications, nonprofit management, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years in nonprofit fundraising, donor relations, or related field.
• Experience managing donor relationships or a donor portfolio to support fundraising goals.
• Valid California driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of mid-level and prospective donors, developing personalized strategies.
• Engage donors through meetings, calls, tours, events, and written communications.
• Share stories, program updates, and impact reports to demonstrate donor impact.
• Coordinate with philanthropy colleagues to advance donor strategies.
• Maintain donor records and track follow-up activities in the donor database.
• Monitor portfolio activity and fundraising progress to inform strategy.
• Contribute to fundraising planning, forecasting, and reporting.
