Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in communications, nonprofit management, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years in nonprofit fundraising, donor relations, or related field.
• Experience managing donor relationships or a donor portfolio to support fundraising goals.
• Valid California driver’s license.

Managing a portfolio of donors and prospective donors, you’ll learn what inspires their generosity, connect their interests with the work of Father Joe’s Villages, and help turn their commitment into lasting support for our mission. You will take a relationship-centered approach to fundraising, creating opportunities for donors to engage with our programs, see the impact of their giving, and discover new ways to support our work. From personalized conversations and fundraising proposals to donor visits and stewardship activities, you’ll help strengthen donor relationships, grow philanthropic support, and inspire continued investment in our community.
