The American Red Cross of Colorado and Wyoming is seeking a Regional Philanthropy Senior Officer, Individual Donors, to manage a portfolio of individual donors, cultivate relationships, solicit gifts, and provide ongoing stewardship from its Littleton, CO office.

You will develop personalized cultivation plans, conduct donor meetings, prepare proposals and impact reports, coordinate recognition events, and work with regional leadership to align campaigns with priorities.

Qualifikationen

• Experience building and managing relationships with individual donors.
• Experience in annual giving and stewardship.
• Experience in planned giving; familiarity with legacy and major gifts.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to engage donors and partners.
• Ability to analyze donor data and use CRM systems.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; willingness to travel and some evenings/weekends.
