Job summary

Rose Community Foundation seeks a Director of Gift Planning and Advisor Relations to lead asset development with individuals, families and professional advisors in the Greater Denver area. The role focuses on donor advised funds, planned giving, and stewardship of high-net-worth donors while partnering with the Philanthropic Services team to meet annual development goals.

Qualifications

Seven+ years of donor or advisor experience in nonprofits or foundations.
Experience with high-net-worth individuals and diverse asset gifts.
Excellent written and verbal communication; CRM knowledge required.

Responsibilities

Identify, engage and solicit new individuals and families for donor-advised funds, providing stewardship and philanthropic knowledge.
Oversee Rose Community Legacy Circle, develop stewardship and communications plans and secure new planned gifts.
Build and steward relationships with professional advisors through the advisor council and external representation.
Document donors' intentions and maintain Foundation records in the CRM system.
Monitor tax and regulatory environment impacting gift vehicles; inform leadership accordingly.
Support Live On | LIFE & LEGACY initiatives with planned giving content expertise.
Collaborate with Philanthropic Services to grow donor-advised funds and manage primary relationship management.
