Mille Lacs Health System seeks a development leader to plan, direct, and coordinate fundraising programs in support of MLAHF and MLHS initiatives. You will cultivate donors, oversee events, and build strong community relationships to advance the organization's mission.

Responsibilities include grant writing, budget planning, and reporting to the Foundation Board, with emphasis on ethical fundraising, strategic communications, and collaborative leadership across departments.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or commensurate experience in leading large fundraising activities.
• Proven track record of fund development.
• Experience with volunteer management and Board relations.
• Minimum two years of management experience.
• CFRE certification is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Plan, direct and coordinate community outreach and fundraising activities.
• Oversee donor relations, events, and recognition efforts.
• Develop grant proposals and ensure donor compliance with instructions.
• Collaborate with Foundation Board and MLHS leadership on fundraising goals.
• Maintain budgetary oversight and timely financial reporting for the Foundation.
