MCHS Family of Services is seeking a dynamic Director of Fundraising to lead the day-to-day operations of our Development Department and advance our mission of creating brighter futures for the individuals, families, and communities we serve.

Reporting to the Chief Development Officer, this leadership role drives fundraising performance, strengthens donor relationships, and leads a high-performing team to turn relationships into meaningful philanthropic support.

Qualifications

• Experience in nonprofit fundraising and development operations.
• Proven ability to lead teams, fundraising initiatives, and revenue goals.
• Strong donor cultivation, major gifts, grants, sponsorships, and events knowledge.
• Experience with donor management systems (CRM) and fundraising analytics.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high performing Development team, setting clear expectations and fostering accountability.
• Drive fundraising revenue by executing annual plans, monitoring performance, and expanding revenue streams.
• Strengthen donor relationships and manage development operations, including donor records, gift processing, and reporting.
• Oversee fundraising events and community engagement, including galas and sponsorships, evaluating outcomes.
