Northern Light Health Foundation is seeking a Philanthropy Specialist to advance donor engagement and major gift activities in Maine. You will manage a donor portfolio, drive fundraising strategy, and collaborate across philanthropy and communications to reach annual revenue goals.

The role requires a minimum of five years in development, proficiency with donor systems, and willingness to travel regionally within Maine. Hybrid work option in the Bangor area is available.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in development or fundraising.
• Experience supporting donor cultivation and stewardship; major gift fundraising a plus.
• Experience coordinating fundraising events and donor communications.

Responsabilités

• Manage a portfolio of donors and prospects, cultivating and stewarding relationships.
• Develop strategies to meet fundraising goals and key performance metrics.
• Conduct donor visits and prepare proposals aligned with hospital priorities.
• Collaborate with Foundation leadership and Marketing for donor communications and campaigns.
• Maintain accurate donor records and moves management in the donor database.
