Job summary

The University of Kentucky Office of Philanthropy and Alumni Engagement (PAE) seeks a Philanthropy Reporting & Business Analyst to turn complex advancement data into clear, actionable insight for fundraising and engagement teams.

You will design, build, and maintain reports and dashboards using Tableau, Salesforce RADAR, SQL, Excel, and other tools; collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure data accuracy; provide training and ongoing support.

Qualifications

• BS degree required.
• Two years of related experience required.
• Salesforce experience is a plus.
• Design, build, and maintain reports and dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain reports and dashboards.
• Quality assurance testing of reports and dashboards.
• Provide training and ongoing support to PAE users on reporting best practices.
• Develop reports using Salesforce RADAR, SQL, Excel, and other tools.
