Job summary

Endeavor Health is seeking a Philanthropy Data and Reporting Analyst to prepare and analyze donor data, build email segments, and drive strategic fundraising insights. You will collaborate with philanthropy operations, research, and frontline teams to develop reports, dashboards, and actionable analytics.

The role requires 3-5+ years’ experience with data analytics, Tableau/SQL/SAS, and Salesforce Marketing Cloud, with a bachelor's degree and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3-5+ years' experience with data analytics using Tableau, SQL or SAS.
• 3-5+ years' experience with Salesforce and Salesforce Marketing Cloud or other CRMs.
• Proficiency with MS Office; advanced Excel bonus.
• Experience in market segmentation strategy and data-driven fundraising insights.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Able to handle sensitive information with discretion.
• Flexible and proactive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Implement and monitor donor segmentation strategies and automation to support donor activity.
• Pull queries and reports to build segmentation and analysis for campaigns.
• Utilize data analytics to advance segmentation and donor retention.
• Ensure data handling complies with HIPAA, PCI and privacy laws.
• Develop data models and predictive analytics for portfolio segmentation.
• Provide data analysis to support development plans and moves management.
• Support Salesforce Marketing Cloud email campaigns and data extensions.
• Contribute to A/B testing for giving programs and campaigns.
• Create dashboards and reports for fundraising teams and stakeholders.
• Maintain standard operating procedures for data workflows.
