And Washington Jewish Week, Inc. is seeking a Philanthropy Operations Manager to join our strategic operations team in Houston. You will lead analytics and donor intelligence to support fundraising effectiveness, portfolio strategy, and stewardship outcomes.

Working cross-functional, you will transform donor data into actionable insights, develop and manage reporting dashboards, and supervise donor communications workflows to ensure timely and accurate funder engagement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required and 5+ years in development/fundraising operations.
• Experience using donor analytics, prospect research tools, wealth screening, and CRM reporting.
• Ability to translate complex data into actionable recommendations for fundraisers and executives.
• Strong data management, confidentiality, and donor stewardship.

Responsibilities

• Mine CRM data to identify giving patterns for pipeline development.
• Analyze giving patterns and translate into recommendations for portfolios and moves.
• Create dashboards and reports measuring fundraising performance.
• Coordinate with philanthropy, finance, marketing for reporting needs.
• Oversee donor communications workflows and supervise junior staff.
• Produce regular reporting for internal and external stakeholders.
