Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Relevant experience (3 years) preferred.
• No specific certifications required.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and operational support focused on management of top prospects and dean's portfolio.
• Review and facilitate support of active and planned philanthropic proposals designated to the unit.
• Manage and update dashboards; track and coordinate task execution across UA.
• Organize internal meetings with territory gift officers to strategize dean travel and visits.
• Facilitate post-meeting follow up and adjust strategy as needed.
• Maintain reporting documents for gift officer requests for Dean visits.
