Key Responsibilities:

1. Architect of Area-Wide Atmosphere: Elevate multiple properties by optimizing preventative maintenance schedules and resolving site-specific issues.
2. Conductor of Coordinated Crews: Lead and support maintenance teams across the portfolio, ensuring seamless operations.
3. Sentinel of Standardized Safety: Ensure adherence to safety and compliance standards.
4. Bridge of Centralized Communication: Convey information clearly across sites via email, phone, or meetings.
5. Proactive Preventer: Develop and implement preventative maintenance programs.
6. Training Champion: Schedule and deliver safety and skills training for maintenance personnel.
