Fisher Phillips' Philadelphia office is seeking a Senior Litigation Associate with 5-8 years of defense-side complex litigation experience to join the Employee Defection and Trade Secrets Practice Group.

Ideal candidates will independently manage sophisticated matters, contribute to business development, and mentor junior attorneys while helping build a national practice.

The rapidly growing Philadelphia office of Fisher Phillips is seeking a Senior Litigation Associate with 5 - 8 years of defense-side complex litigation experience to join the firm’s Employee Defection and Trade Secrets Practice Group. Ideal candidates will bring meaningful experience managing sophisticated matters independently, as well as a desire to grow a book of business.

About the Role

Qualified candidates will have significant experience handling complex litigation and/or restrictive covenant and trade secrets litigation from inception through resolution, including:

• Preparing and responding to cease and desist letters
• Prosecuting and/or defending temporary orders, special injunctions, preliminary injunctions, and expedited discovery
• Drafting and responding to pleadings
• Managing written and electronic discovery, including e-discovery and forensics strategy
• Drafting and arguing dispositive and non-dispositive motions
• Taking and defending depositions
• Leading or substantially participating in mediations and trials
• Mentoring junior attorneys and collaborating with litigation teams
