Job summary

Fisher Phillips seeks attorneys with at least 3 years of experience in trade secret litigation to join its premier Employee Defection and Trade Secrets practice group. The ideal candidate will litigate restrictive covenants and trade secret matters, including motions for injunctive relief and expedited discovery, with substantial exposure to computer forensics and e-discovery issues.

Job description

Fisher Phillips seeks attorneys with at least 3 years of experience in trade secret litigation to join its premier Employee Defection and Trade Secrets practice group.

Ideal candidates will have experience litigating restrictive covenant and trade secret matters, including motions for injunctive relief, motions for expedited discovery, and deposition and discovery experience (including substantial exposure to computer forensics and e-discovery issues). Qualified candidates will be comfortable drafting temporary restraining orders, preliminary injunctions, and complaints in federal and state court. Candidates must have excellent academic credentials, strong writing and analytical skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Candidates must be admitted in California and hold a J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school.

The yearly salary range for this position is $210,000 – $270,000. Actual base pay within this range will be determined by several components, including but not limited to, relevant experience, internal equity, skills, qualifications, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
