Job summary

Project 26 Pennsylvania is seeking an Operations Associate in the Greater Philadelphia area to serve as the on-the-ground eyes and ears for the operations team. You will coordinate supply delivery, manage event logistics, and provide strategic input to improve operations across Philadelphia and the collar counties.

The role reports to the Operations Director, requires residence in Philadelphia or nearby counties, a valid driver's license and car, and offers $25 per hour with PTO, health

Qualifications

• Must reside in Philadelphia or one of the collar counties (Bucks, Delaware, Montgomery, Chester).
• Must have a car and a driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Be the main operations contact for seven college organizing teams.
• Provide logistical support at organizational events at universities throughout Philadelphia and the collar counties (Bucks, Montgomery, Delaware, and Chester).
• Inventory and distribute supplies.
• Help coordinate staff travel and logistics, including hotel, flight, car, and per diem requests.
• Other responsibilities as assigned by the Operations Director.
• Periodically assist organizing teams' Voter Registration efforts.
