The Fairness Project is seeking an Operations Associate to support field logistics for campus organizing efforts in the Greater Philadelphia area. You will coordinate supply delivery, events, and traveler arrangements while serving as a key liaison for seven college teams.

You will manage inventory, coordinate staff travel (hotel, flight, car, per diem), and assist with voter registration mobilization as needed. Reside in Philadelphia or nearby counties with a valid driver's license is required.

Formación

• Must reside in Philadelphia or the collar counties (Bucks, Delaware, Montgomery, Chester).
• Must have a car and a driver's license.
• Compensation is $25 per hour with PTO, health benefits, travel stipend and a technology stipend.

Responsabilidades

• Be the main operations contact for seven college organizing teams.
• Provide logistical support at organizational events at universities throughout Philadelphia and the collar counties (Bucks, Montgomery, Delaware, and Chester).
• Inventory and distribute supplies.
