Job summary

Project 26 Pennsylvania is seeking an Operations Associate to support the Greater Philadelphia area. You will run point on supply delivery, event coordination, and strategic logistics for seven college organizing teams, while coordinating staff travel and supplies.

The role requires residency in Philadelphia or nearby collar counties, a personal car and driver's license, and you will receive PTO, health benefits, and stipends for travel and technology.

Qualifications

• Must reside in Philadelphia or the collar counties Bucks, Delaware, Montgomery, Chester.
• Must have a car and a driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Be the main operations contact for seven college organizing teams.
• Provide logistical support at organizational events at universities throughout Philadelphia and the collar counties (Bucks, Montgomery, Delaware, Chester).
• Inventory and distribute supplies.
• Help coordinate staff travel and logistics, including hotel, flight, car, and per diem requests.
• Other responsibilities as assigned by the Operations Director.
• Prepare to assist organizing teams' Voter Registration efforts when needed.
