Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 18 months experience in a medical/health care environment preferred.
• Specialized phlebotomy training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform all aspects of pheresis procedures and plasma collection.
• Educate donors on donation processes and policies and ensure donor safety.
• Monitor donor flow and maintain accurate donor data in the information system.
• Troubleshoot equipment and assist with donor-related issues as needed.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, FDA guidelines, and health safety policies.
