Job summary

CSL Plasma in Westwego, LA is seeking a Pheresis Processor support role. You will prepare the autopheresis machine and donor area, monitor the pheresis process, and respond to alarms as needed.

You will record incidents in the PDA, link equipment to donors, ensure accurate donor data in the electronic system, and help maintain a clean, safe work environment while following HSE/OSHA policies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Minimum of three months' work experience, preferably in medical or health provider environment.
• Will perform basic math calculations.
• Ability to observe equipment operation and respond to alarms.

Responsibilities

• Prepare the autopheresis machine and donor area for the pheresis process.
• Monitor the donor and pheresis process and respond to alarms or alerts.
• Disconnect the donor when the process is complete.
• Record incidents in the PDA and link equipment to the donor.
• Ensure accurate recording of donor data in the electronic donor information management system.
