Job summary

CSL in Fort Collins, CO is seeking a dedicated Apheresis Support Technician to prepare donors, donor areas, and equipment for the pheresis process; and to ready the autopheresis machine for use.

You will monitor the donor and process, respond to alarms, document incidents with a PDA, maintain a clean, safe work environment, and ensure accurate donor data in the electronic system; bilingual abilities may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3 months' work experience in medical or health provider environment or equivalent.
• Must be able to perform basic math calculations.

Responsibilities

• Prepare donor, donor area and equipment for the pheresis process.
• Monitor the donor and pheresis process, respond to alarms or signals during the process.
• Record incidents using a PDA and link equipment to the donor.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment and ensure supplies are available.
• Maintain donor data confidentiality and follow SOPs.
