Job summary

JPI in Dallas, Texas, seeks a Planning and Production Readiness Lead to join the Central Region DfX team. You will execute pre-construction planning, anticipate issues with design teams, and develop turnover phasing strategies that align with the overall project turnover sequence.

You will coordinate with AHJ, subcontractors, and trades to de-risk schedules, review constructability, and ensure all planning elements are captured before construction begins.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of multifamily construction experience, with pre-construction planning or coordination preferred.
• OSHA 30 HR certification.
• Knowledge of construction building codes.
• Proficiency with Procore and Bluebeam; experience with BIM is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop turnover phasing plans and support design team phasing strategy during design phase.
• Identify and document constructability issues and coordinate solutions with design team and Planning and Production Readiness Manager.
• Coordinate with subcontractors during pre-construction to gather input on design decisions and phasing plans.
• Support development of phasing plans for civil, exterior, and site zones aligned with turnover sequence.
• Review phasing and schedule alignment before Notice to Proceed; support de-risking of project elements.
• Collaborate with design team on constructability and phasing during design phases; assist with value engineering and BIM workflow.
