Job summary

JPI is seeking an Integration Lead to join the DfX team in the Central region. You will coordinate design, permitting, and commercial work streams, guiding stakeholders to keep projects aligned from concept through approvals.

The role emphasizes hands-on integration, risk management, and collaboration with Technical and Permit Leads to ensure design validity and timely approvals across multifamily projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction-related field and 1–4 years of design coordination, construction management, or permitting experience.

Responsibilities

• Drive integration strategy across design, permitting, and commercial streams on assigned projects.
• Lead risk reviews at design milestones and mentor teams on closeout procedures.
• Manage permitting strategy and regulatory engagement with AHJs to keep approvals moving.
• Perform value analysis and influence design choices for lifecycle efficiency.
• Lead vendor procurement and cross‑functional integration across teams and contracts.
• Utilize AI tools to improve documentation and automate workflows.
• Other duties as assigned.
