Job summary

JPI has an exciting opportunity for a Planning and Production Readiness Lead to join our Central Region DfX team in Dallas, TX. This role focuses on pre-construction planning, de-risking, and coordination with design consultants, AHJs, and subcontractors to ensure a smooth turnover sequence.

The ideal candidate will develop phasing plans, identify risks early, and collaborate with the design team to implement constructability solutions while aligning with the overall project construction plan.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of multifamily construction experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
• OSHA 30 HR.
• Must have good knowledge of construction building codes.
• Proficiency with Procore and Bluebeam.
• Ability to read and interpret civil, architectural, structural, and MEP drawings.

Responsibilities

• Develop turnover phasing plan components and support design in phasing.
• Identify constructability issues during design and coordinate solutions.
• Coordinate with subcontractors for pre-construction input on design decisions.
• Support phasing plans for civil, exterior, and site improvement zones.
• Review phasing and schedule alignment before NTP and operations commitment.
• Review design schedules during the design phase and support the team.
