Job summary

Hackensack Meridian Health seeks a Phase III Administrator to support day‑to‑day curriculum delivery and program operations. You will work closely with the Director, OME, and senior education leaders to review student placements and outcomes for Year 4.

Strong MS Office, curriculum experience, and adaptability are essential. Associate’s degree is required, with preference for a Bachelor's in Education or Medical Education.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Education, Public Health, Healthcare Administration or related.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience.
• Experience in operations and/or curriculum.
• Microsoft Office suite skills essential.
• Flexibility to establish new programs or adaptable initiatives.
• Familiarity with learning management and student assessment systems.
• Proficiency with database management software and reporting.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, planning and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication, administration and organizational skills.
• Vision oriented self-starter with growth mindset.

Responsibilities

• Assist in day‑to‑day delivery of the Phase 3 curriculum.
• Collaborate with the Director, OME, Association Dean, Vice Dean, and Associate Dean.
• Assist in review and monitoring of student placements and Year 4 outcomes.
