Qualifications

• Master's Degree required.
• Minimum three (3) years experience as a Principal, Supervisor, or Teacher.
• NJDOE Criminal History Review required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient computer skills with Microsoft Office and Google Suite.

Responsibilities

• Assist with operation and supervision of students at East Mountain School daily.
• Monitor a safe and orderly school environment.
• Assist with planning, implementation and evaluation of department programs including budget management, policy/procedure, report writing, and staff/student attendance.
• Incorporate the organization's Mission, Values, and Service Standard Behavior guidelines.
