Perry Homes, LLC is seeking a qualified Construction Project Manager to oversee Phase II construction activities from drywall to home completion at multiple sites in Florida. You will coordinate independent contractors, schedule materials, and ensure adherence to Perry Homes quality standards.

The role requires strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills, with the ability to read blueprints and manage tight timelines.

Qualifications

• Requires management or leadership experience.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills required.
• Ability to read and comprehend complex instructions, blueprints, and development plans.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate independent contractors over multiple jobsites.
• Order construction materials.
• Monitor quantity and quality of materials and completed tasks.
• Ensure standards of quality as set forth by Perry Homes.
• Manage time under construction, supervise construction, and track budget variances and change orders.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the Project Manager, VP of Construction, or Division President.
