University of Minnesota seeks a half-time PharmD Pathways Program Coordinator to develop and implement outreach activities for middle school, high school, and undergraduate students. The role reports to the Assistant Dean of Student Affairs in the College of Pharmacy and collaborates with the CARE and grant oversight teams.

The position includes coordinating the PhaRx Immersion Program, managing a program budget, and creating communications.

Formación

• Lead the planning and execution of PharmD Pathways Program activities.
• Coordinate the PhaRx Immersion Program, including logistics, recruitment, and curriculum development.
• Lead Pathways Program workgroup to foster collaboration among faculty, staff, and partners.
• Collaborate with Duluth Promise partners to coordinate activities.
• Schedule and oversee in-person and virtual classroom visits and hands-on workshops.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate outreach to middle schools, high schools, and colleges.
• Manage the program budget and communications (webpages, flyers, newsletters).
• Evaluate program effectiveness and prepare grant reports.
