Job summary

The position supports a flexible hybrid schedule with in-person days at Carlisle, PA, and other core locations, and remote work options. Requires PharmD/BS in Pharmacy and 3+ years of practice.

Qualifications

• PharmD or BS degree in pharmacy.
• 3+ years of active pharmacist practice in a retail or similar setting.
• Travel up to 10% for business purposes.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate or develop clinical programs and services to improve patient health and drive Brand pharmacy financial performance.
• Lead clinical protocol management, including regulatory changes and material updates for immunization and other services.
• Identify best practices and evaluate new or optimized clinical services for Brand pharmacies.
• Refine clinical tools to improve patient engagement and health management through scheduling and adherence programs.
• Understand managed care payment standards to guide clinical program decisions.
• Prepare Brands to meet needs of health care organizations, payers, and employers.
• Collaborate with Legal, Compliance, Outcomes Reporting, and other teams to advance clinical initiatives.
• Cultivate and manage vendor relationships including onboarding and contracts.
• Perform additional duties as needed to support business goals.
