Job summary

The University of Minnesota College of Pharmacy is seeking a part-time lecturer to develop and teach material related to the course, facilitate discussions, and create assessments. The role includes grading and supporting student inquiries.

You will submit final grades and collaborate with the Professional Education Division to coordinate schedule, textbooks, and TAs across Twin Cities campuses and online learning initiatives.

Qualifications

• Required- Earned Pharm.D.; experience working with professional students.
• Preferred- Documented history of successful teaching.

Responsibilities

• Develop and teach material related to the topic of the course.
• Facilitate course discussion and activities, as appropriate.
• Develop and grade assessments including quizzes, exams and assignments as appropriate.
• Answer questions from students.
• Submit final grades.
• Collaborate with Professional Education Division staff to ensure administrative course components are addressed (e.g. schedule, textbooks, TAs)
