Job summary

FFF Enterprises is seeking a Pharmacy Warehouse Coordinator to support daily pharmacy operations under a pharmacist’s supervision. You will pack orders, maintain a stocked workspace, and handle shipping tasks in a warehouse setting.

The role requires basic computer skills, attention to detail, and reliability to comply with HIPAA and company policies. You will participate in inventories and collaborate with teammates to ensure timely, accurate shipments.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to exercise discretion and maintain confidentiality to HIPAA standards.
• Six (6) to twelve (12) months of shipping experience in a warehouse environment.
• Basic level of understanding and use of computers applications that include Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and internet technologies.

Responsibilities

• Pack patient orders for shipment per policy and procedure to ensure all medication, supplies, and DME arrive undamaged.
• Maintain a clean, orderly, and fully stocked work environment including pharmacy, shipping area and warehouse space.
• Take cardboard and trash related items to appropriate areas in FFF Warehouse for disposal.
• Assemble shipping boxes and ensure adequate shipping supplies, including boxes, packing material, and ice packs, are always available.
• Perform clerical duties of department which includes filing of patient charts and shipping of additional items via FedEx.
• Participate in mid-year and annual pharmacy inventories.
• Adhere to all company policies and compliance requirements.
• Display dedication to responsibilities and represent the Company professionally.
• Work effectively with co-workers and customers, listen and consider ideas, and keep commitments.
