Job summary

FFF Enterprises is seeking a Pharmacy Warehouse Coordinator to support the day-to-day operations of the pharmacy department under the supervision of a pharmacist. You will pack patient orders for shipment, assemble shipping supplies, and help keep the warehouse clean and organized.

Responsibilities include inventory participation, filing patient charts, and adhering to HIPAA and company policies. A high school diploma and basic computer skills are required, with 6–12 months shipping experience

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to exercise discretion and maintain confidentiality to HIPAA standards.

Responsibilities

• Pack patient orders for shipment per policy and procedure to ensure all medication, supplies, and DME arrive undamaged.
• Maintain a clean, orderly, and fully stocked work environment including pharmacy, shipping area and warehouse space.
• Take cardboard and trash related items to appropriate areas in FFF Warehouse for disposal.
• Assemble shipping boxes and ensure adequate shipping supplies, including boxes, packing material, and ice packs, are always available.
• Perform clerical duties of department which includes filing of patient charts and shipping of additional items via FedEx.
• Participate in mid-year and annual pharmacy inventories.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures, federal, state, and compliance requirements /regulations/laws.
• Display dedication to position responsibilities and achieve assigned goals and objectives.
