Job summary

FFF Enterprises seeks a Pharmacy Warehouse Coordinator to support the day-to-day operations of the pharmacy department under the supervision of a pharmacist. The role focuses on packing patient orders, maintaining a clean and stocked work environment, and ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.

You will assemble shipping boxes, manage packing supplies, assist with inventory, and perform clerical duties including filing patient charts and shipping items via FedEx.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• HIPAA confidentiality awareness and discretion.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision while maintaining accuracy.
• Additional preferred: warehouse/shipping experience.

Responsibilities

• Pack patient orders for shipment per policy to arrive undamaged.
• Maintain a clean, organized work environment including warehouse space.
• Assemble shipping boxes and ensure packing supplies are available.
• Perform clerical duties including filing patient charts and shipping items via FedEx.
• Participate in inventories and adhere to all compliance requirements.
