Job summary

FFF Enterprises seeks a Pharmacy Warehouse Coordinator to support daily pharmacy operations. Under a pharmacist's supervision, you will pack orders, maintain clean storage spaces, assemble shipping materials, and handle clerical duties including filing charts and shipping via FedEx.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, basic computer skills, and up to a year of shipping experience in a warehouse setting. Adherence to HIPAA and company policies is essential.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to exercise discretion and maintain confidentiality to HIPAA standards.
• Six to twelve months of shipping experience in a warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

• Pack patient orders for shipment per policy and procedure to ensure all medication, supplies, and DME arrive undamaged.
• Maintain a clean, orderly, and fully stocked work environment including pharmacy, shipping area and warehouse space.
• Assemble shipping boxes and ensure adequate shipping supplies, including boxes, packing material, and ice packs, are always available.
• Perform clerical duties of department including filing patient charts and shipping via FedEx.
• Participate in mid-year and annual pharmacy inventories.
• Adhere to all company policies, and federal/state/compliance regulations.
• Work effectively with co-workers and customers, communicating clearly and professionally.
