Job summary

FFF Enterprises in Islip, NY is seeking a Pharmacy Warehouse Coordinator to support daily pharmacy and warehouse operations under the supervision of a pharmacist. You will pack patient orders, maintain an orderly, fully stocked workspace, and assist with inventory and shipping activities to ensure timely, accurate deliveries.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to exercise discretion and maintain confidentiality to the level of required HIPAA standards.

Responsibilities

• Pack patient orders for shipment per policy and procedure.
• Maintain a clean, orderly, and fully stocked work environment including pharmacy, shipping area and warehouse space.
• Assemble shipping boxes and ensure adequate shipping supplies.
• Perform clerical duties of department including filing patient charts and shipping via FedEx.
• Participate in mid-year and annual pharmacy inventories.
• Adhere to all company policies and compliance requirements /regulations/laws.
