Job summary

Amerita, an affiliate of BrightSpring Health Services, is seeking a Warehouse Coordinator to join our Delivery team. The role involves packing and preparing equipment and supplies prior to distribution, loading/unloading, stocking, and assisting with patient deliveries in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

The position emphasizes maintaining accurate lot numbers, expiration dates, and batch records, with opportunities for professional development and advancement within a growing home infusion

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Basic computer literacy and ability to learn company product codes.

Responsibilities

• Packages and prepares equipment and supplies prior to distribution.
• Fills orders by preparing supplies to be distributed to patients.
• Ensures delivery tickets, requisitions, purchase order forms and packaging slips are completed accurately.
• Coordinates home medical equipment orders with the assistance of a pharmacist.
• Coordinates patient deliveries.
• Stocks, stores and rotates warehouse equipment and supplies.
• Maintains product lot numbers, expiration dates and batch records.
• Monitors drug supply and pump inventory and levels.
• Maintains a clean and orderly production space.
• Perform other related duties as directed.
