Job summary

Amerita is seeking a Warehouse Coordinator to support the delivery team. The role involves packing and preparing equipment and supplies, loading/unloading, stocking, and maintaining inventory for patient distributions.

The position also requires following warehouse policies, sterilizing equipment, and serving as backup driver as needed. The role supports pharmacists and drivers, with a Monday–Friday schedule and a focus on accurate documentation of delivery tickets and lot/batch records.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent, preferred.
• Preferred experience in warehousing or distribution inventory management.
• Certified pharmacy technician licenses, if required by State Board of Pharmacy.
• Valid driver’s license and driving record that meets company standards, if driving is required per branch needs.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Basic computer skills.
• Basic understanding of or ability to quickly learn company product codes and terminology.
• Thorough understanding of warehouse policies and procedures.
• Good analytical skills and ability to make sound judgments relative to inventory.

Responsibilities

• Packages and prepares equipment and supplies prior to distribution.
• Fills orders by preparing supplies to be distributed to patients.
• Ensures delivery tickets, requisitions, purchase order forms and packaging slips are completed accurately.
• Coordinates home medical equipment orders with the assistance of a pharmacist.
• Coordinates patient deliveries.
• Stocks, stores and rotates warehouse equipment and supplies.
• maintains product lot numbers, expiration dates and batch records.
• Monitors drug supply and pump inventory and levels.
• Maintains a clean and orderly production space.
• Performs other related duties as directed.
