Job summary

Amerita, an affiliate of BrightSpring Health Services, is seeking a Warehouse Coordinator in Providence, RI to package/prepare equipment and supplies for distribution and coordinate patient deliveries.

You will assist with loading/unloading, stocking, and inventory, maintain lot numbers and expiration dates, and support pharmacist collaboration. The role requires physical activity and a clean, organized workspace; growth opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn product codes.
• Thorough understanding of warehouse policies and procedures.
• Good analytical skills and ability to make sound judgments relative to inventory.

Responsibilities

• Packages and prepares equipment and supplies prior to distribution.
• Fills orders by preparing supplies for distribution to patients.
• Ensures delivery tickets, requisitions, purchase orders and packaging slips are accurate.
• Coordinates home medical equipment orders with pharmacist assistance.
• Coordinates patient deliveries.
• Stocks, stores and rotates warehouse equipment and supplies.
• Maintains lot numbers, expiration dates and batch records.
• Monitors drug supply and pump inventory and levels.
• Keeps production space clean and orderly.
• Performs other related duties as directed.
