Job summary

Amerita, a BrightSpring Health Services affiliate, seeks a Warehouse Coordinator Lead in Providence, RI to support daily warehouse operations and assist with loading, stocking, and inventory of infusion equipment and supplies. You will help ensure accurate orders, proper paperwork, and timely deliveries to patients.

The role requires a High School Diploma or GED and at least 3 years in warehouse management, with strong communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent; preferred
• Minimum 3 years in warehouse management or distribution inventory management
• Pharmacy tech license if required by State Board of Pharmacy
• Strong verbal and written communication
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn product codes

Responsibilities

• Prepare equipment and supplies for distribution
• Fill orders and prepare supplies for patients
• Ensure delivery tickets, requisitions, purchase orders and packing slips are accurate
• Assist less experienced coordinators and provide guidance
• Assist with training and orientation of new coordinators
• Maintain inventory and stock levels; track and report
• Ensure proper cleaning, maintenance and storage of equipment
• Track patient delivery tickets and ensure signed documents returned
• Coordinate shipping methods to balance cost and timely delivery
• Perform related duties as needed
