Job summary

Amerita, an affiliate of BrightSpring Health Services, is seeking a Warehouse Coordinator to join our Delivery team and support packing/preparing of equipment and supplies for distribution to patients. The role includes loading/unloading, stocking, inventory control, and back-up driving as needed.

The position reports to the Warehouse Supervisor and offers diverse benefits within a non-retail, closed-door environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent preferred.
• Preferred warehousing or distribution inventory management experience.
• Certified pharmacy technician licenses if required by state.
• Valid driver’s license and driving record meeting company standards if driving is required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Basic computer skills.
• Basic understanding of or ability to learn company product codes and terminology.
• Thorough understanding of warehouse policies and procedures.
• Good analytical skills and ability to make sound judgments relative to inventory.

Responsibilities

• Packages and prepares equipment and supplies prior to distribution.
• Fills orders by preparing supplies to be distributed to patients.
• Ensures delivery tickets, requisitions, purchase order forms and packaging slips are completed accurately.
• Coordinates home medical equipment orders with the assistance of a pharmacist.
• Coordinates patient deliveries.
• Stocks, stores and rotates warehouse equipment and supplies.
• Completes and maintains product lot numbers, expiration dates and batch records.
• Monitors drug supply and pump inventory and levels.
• Maintains a clean and orderly production space.
• Performs other related duties as directed.
