Job summary

McKesson is seeking a dedicated Pharmacy Value Stream Release Train Engineer to enable alignment, execution, and continuous improvement across multiple teams within the Pharmacy Suites SAFe framework.

You will coach teams, improve predictability, manage dependencies, and lead large-scale planning events, applying Lean-Agile principles and data-driven decisions to deliver value at scale.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent experience in Agile delivery or related field.
• Experience supporting Agile teams at scale and leading large cross-functional planning events.
• Strong knowledge of SAFe, Lean, Scrum, Kanban, PI Planning, dependency management, flow, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate large-scale, cross-functional planning events (PI Planning, ART Syncs, Scrum of Scrums).
• Establish operating cadence to enable strategy-to-delivery flow.
• Coach teams and leaders on Lean-Agile principles and decentralized decision-making.
• Ensure alignment of priorities, capacity, risks, and backlog readiness for PI Planning.
• Monitor ART health, flow metrics, and delivery outcomes to improve predictability.
