Responsibilities

• Completes work autonomously using up-to-date expertise to generate creative solutions and ensures procedures and policies are followed.
• Supports and reviews needs assessments for training and performance issues; collaborates cross-functionally to solve business problems.
• Designs and develops trainings, revises content, identifies training methods, and guides prioritization of learning goals.
• Gathers training needs, measures training effectiveness, and analyzes evaluation results to improve outcomes.
• Delivers training programs (e.g., orientation, customer service, leadership) using adult learning principles; summarizes results.
