Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience as a baseline for the role.
• Experience in training delivery, curriculum design, development and evaluation.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate on design and development of trainings and revise standard content.
• Identify potential training methods and programs (e-learning, in-person, blended, etc.).
• Define training objectives for education modules and support learner goals.
• Review evaluations to assess application of skills and training objectives.
• Develop program plans including scope, schedule, inter-dependencies, and resources.
• Conduct needs assessments for training and performance issues.
• Monitor training effectiveness and measure outcomes to support business needs.
• Deliver training and support learners using adult learning principles.
