You will develop relationships with patients and support the pharmacy team in daily operations at entry points and during service delivery. Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent, eligibility to obtain registration as a pharmacy technician, 0–6 months experience, ability to lift up to 25 pounds, and being at least 18 years old.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Eligible to obtain registration as pharmacy technician with the applicable state board of pharmacy.

Responsibilities

• Welcome patients with compassion at pharmacy entry points and assist with in-person and phone orders.
• Process prescriptions and support activities to ensure safe, accurate care.
• Maintain a neat, compliant work environment and assist team for efficiency.
• Support inventory management by stocking and rotating drugs per policy.
• Use pharmacy computer and cash register to complete actions, quote prices, and record transactions.
• Assist in executing company initiatives and programs; complete required training and exams.
• Follow HIPAA and all policies; assist with labels and prescription transcription.
