Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Eligible to obtain registration as pharmacy technician with the applicable state board of pharmacy
• Able to lift up to 25 pounds
• Age 18 or older

Responsibilities

• Welcome patients with compassion at pharmacy entry points.
• Assist with processing orders in person and by phone, directing questions to the pharmacist when needed.
• Maintain a neat, clean work environment and comply with company and government requirements.
• Assist team members to ensure the department runs efficiently.
• Use the pharmacy computer to complete actions for drop-off, will call, drive-thru, phone, filing and order receiving.
• Support the team in improving outcomes using service and business metrics.
