Qualifikationen

• Experience required: 0 to 6 months.
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Certification or Licensing Required: Eligible to obtain registration as pharmacy technician with the applicable state board of pharmacy

• Welcome patients and acknowledge them with compassion at all pharmacy entry points.
• Model excellent patient care by respectfully meeting or exceeding patient needs and directing questions to the pharmacist.
• Maintain a neat and clean work environment to ensure company and government requirements are met.
• Assist team members with tasks to ensure department runs efficiently.
• Use the pharmacy computer to complete actions for accuracy and efficiency in drop-off, will call, drive thru, phone, filling and order receiving.
• Assist with improving outcomes using service and business metrics.
• Complete required training and exams.
• Follow all policies, including HIPAA and Pseudoephedrine sales.
• Finalize sales using cash register per procedures.
• Transcribe data from prescriptions to generate customer labels.
• Maintain inventory by ordering, receiving, stocking and rotating drugs and supplies.
• Answer telephone politely and provide accurate information.
• Resolve customer questions by effective communication with customers and staff.
• File written prescriptions daily
