Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Four (4) years of Pharmacy Technician experience required.
• Valid Idaho Pharmacy Technician Registration (or state of practice).
• Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day supervision and coordination for a team of approximately 16 Pharmacy Technicians.
• Monitor, prioritize, and optimize technician workflow to ensure timely prescription processing and service delivery.
• Oversee activities related to medication preparation, dispensing support, and prescription processing for pharmacist verification.
• Coach, mentor, and provide guidance to technician staff for high-quality performance and growth.
• Coordinate onboarding, training, and ongoing education for Pharmacy Technicians.
• Develop schedules and support staffing needs in the department.
• Participate in recruiting, onboarding, performance evaluations, and corrective actions with pharmacy leadership and HR.
