Job summary

Saint Alphonsus Regional Medical Center in Boise, ID seeks a Pharmacy Operations Supervisor to oversee hospital-wide pharmacy services, collaborating with MedNow Pharmacies and the Regional Director of Pharmacy. Lead medication management workflows, mentor pharmacists and technicians, and ensure quality, regulatory compliance, and patient care alignment.

You will develop policies, monitor resources, interface with physicians and staff, and drive continuous improvement in a 24/7 operation; day

Qualifications

Idaho Pharmacist License is required.
ASHP-accredited hospital residency with an advanced degree preferred or equivalent administrative experience.
Membership in ASHP or other professional associations preferred.

Responsibilities

Establish and optimize medication management workflows.
Lead and mentor pharmacists and technicians.
Execute plans for pharmacy services with measurement, reporting and adjustment as needed.
Develop and lead a comprehensive Pharmacy Service for the organization.
Create policies/procedures to support regional patient care needs.
Present therapeutic options to physicians and staff.
