The Pharmacy Technician Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations, productivity, and performance of a team of approximately 16 Pharmacy Technicians within a high-volume outpatient pharmacy setting. This role serves as a key operational leader, ensuring efficient workflow management, staff development, regulatory compliance, quality improvement, and exceptional patient service. Final verification of technician work remains under the authority of a licensed pharmacist.
As the Pharmacy Technician Supervisor, you will provide leadership and direction to pharmacy technical staff while supporting operational excellence and a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
