• Coach and mentor staff; coordinate onboarding and ongoing education.
• Assist with staffing, scheduling, recruiting, performance evaluations, and corrective action.
• Monitor metrics and lead quality and compliance initiatives.
• Ensure regulatory and inventory controls are maintained.
